1941 Cadillac Series 62 CoupeGreat custom ... Cinnamon Brown exterior ... Tan interior ... 394 CID V-8 ... Automatic ... Dual exhaust ...

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to obtain one of the last pre-war Cadillacs produced at a fantastic price!

Finished in Cinnamon Brown, this 1941 Cadillac Series 62 Coupe benefits from a recent repaint and custom hand-painted pinstripes.  The finish was taken down to bare metal prior to being repainted.  Other custom touches providing additional pop include chrome dual exhaust tips and hand-fitted solid cherry running boards.

Inside this Cadillac you will find a tastefully finished custom interior including bucket seats finished in Tan.  In addition to newer carpeting and seating areas, this car benefits from a new headliner.  All interior chrome is in very good condition.  Although this Cadillac still retains its original column shifter, its automatic transmission is now engaged by a custom fitted cut-glass knobbed shifter located between the front bucket seats.  You’ll also appreciate its newer AM/FM stereo with cassette—perfect for playing your favorite tunes.  The original radio will be included with sale if desired.  This Cadillac also features a new battery of Sunpro auxiliary gauges.

Under the hood you will find a 1963 Oldsmobile Starfire 394 CID V-8 mated to a three-speed Hydromatic automatic transmission.  The powertrain is believed to have approximately 60,000 miles, but total miles on the car are not known.  The car’s electrical system has been updated to a 12-volt system.  In addition, a power brake booster and dual master cylinder have been fitted.  This system would benefit from some fine tuning, as the brakes have a tendency to grab at lower speeds.  Other upgrades are its new tires, new dual exhaust system and Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetor.

A few items of note are that the paint and exterior chrome have some imperfections and are generally of driver quality.  Although the exterior chrome exhibits some pitting, it is complete.  In addition, the car does not currently have a gas gauge, and the windshield wipers have weak vacuum.  Also of note is that the trunk lid handle has been removed as part of its custom work, and the trunk lid is currently secured by a wire tie-down.  The front hood springs could also use some fine tuning, as it takes some finessing to properly align the hood when closing.

In addition to the original radio, an original Cadillac accessory front license plate frame, the original gauge bezel, two rear bumpers, and the rear valance will be included with sale.  Other parts, including the original flathead V-8 engine and transmission, are available at additional cost.  Please inquire.

If you’re looking for a seldom seen pre-war classic to enjoy at a reasonable cost, don’t miss out on this 1941 Cadillac Series 62 Coupe!
