The Volkswagen Beetle has long held a place in the hearts of generations of drivers all the world over.  With its charming good looks and its thrifty economy, it’s easy to see why.

This lovely 1967 Volkswagen Beetle is finished in Lotus White and features a newer custom interior in Gray.  Its newer finish has a beautiful luster that is further accentuated by its rechromed front bumper and other chrome and bright work that is in excellent condition.  Newer hubcaps, body seals, and welting complete this car’s fresh appearance.

The interior tells a similar story, with seats, carpeting, door panels, headliner and dash board that show only the most minimal wear.  Its custom upholstery gives this beauty a look of distinction that draws admirers.  Its recarpeted trunk compartment has a neat and tidy appearance.  You will also appreciate this car’s newer AM/FM stereo with cassette player and optional rear vent windows.

Under the hood you will find a 1500 cc inline 4-cylinder engine that is matched to a 4-speed manual transmission.  It also features a 12 volt electrical system, which was introduced in mid-1967.  Other improvements in 1967 include the following:

This Beetle was originally sold from Ellacott Shaker Volkswagen in Cleveland, Ohio.  The most recent owner has enjoyed this car for the past eight years, with occasional summer use and trips to local car shows.  It has always received the best of care, and has always been properly stored indoors.
