Classic Car Facts

“Finer than ever for ’50!  Inside … Outside … All the Way Through”

These are the words that General Motors used to describe the 1950 Chevrolets, and it was not without reason.  With improvements in styling, performance, and safety, it’s no wonder that more buyers bought Chevrolets than any other make in the preceding 19 years.

Finished in understated and elegant high gloss Black enamel, this fully restored 1950 Chevrolet Styleline Deluxe has a beautiful luster that is further accentuated by its host of special exterior trim.  In addition to bright belt-line moldings, you’ll also appreciate its rear fender brightwork that highlights its sculpted look.  Its rear fender skirts and wide whitewall Coker tires complete the look.

This Styleline’s interior has been more recently finished and features handsome 2-tone Gray cloth seating areas that coordinate nicely with its exterior finish.  It’s newer carpeting, interior door panels and headliner are all in excellent condition.  You’ll also appreciate its full complement of factory gauges that will keep you informed about what’s going on under the hood.

Powered by its original rebuilt Blue Flame 216 CID inline 6-cylinder engine and three-speed manual transmission, this car runs and drives as well as it looks.  Its electrical system has been completely upgraded to 12-volt for easier for easier starting ability and operation.  You’ll also appreciate the reliability of its electric windshield wipers, should you get caught in a sprinkle.  Other recent updates include new rear-end seals, a new manifold gasket, new fuel filter, new battery, and repacked wheel bearings.  Having just 800 miles since being rebuilt, this car is ready to go!

One item of note is that the AM radio is not currently functioning.  In addition, minor imperfections in the exterior chrome do not detract from the overall appearance of this car.

If you’re looking for an early 50s cruiser that is ready to enjoy, this 1950 Styleline Deluxe is the car for you!
