14,000 ORIGINAL MILES!  This beautiful 1977 Cadillac Eldorado has only traveled 14,000 miles in its 33 year life!  Still sporting its original Uniroyal tires, this car definitely wows.  Finished in a rare and striking Saffron Metallic exterior with coordinating two-tone Medium Saffron leather interior, the car makes a statement.  As one would expect, the interior looks like the car was just driven off of the showroom floor, with its soft and supple leather, quality wood appliqués, and stunning brightwork.  The exterior finish gleams as well, making this car a knockout!

Powered by a 425 cubic inch 4 barrel carbureted V-8, this car runs and drives as well as it looks.  It is perfectly quiet and smooth, affording quick and powerful acceleration and a satisfying driving experience, long hallmarks of Cadillac performance.

You will also appreciate the level of equipment with which this car is equipped, including the following features:

  • Eldorado cabriolet roof
  • 50/50 dual comfort two-tone leather seating areas
  • Tilt and telescope steering wheel
  • Power trunk lid release and pull down
  • Twilight sentinel
  • Right-side remote control mirror
  • AM-FM stereo radio with 40 channel CB

You will also appreciate the original paperwork that accompanies this car, including the Owner’s ManualAM-FM Stereo Radio Owner’s ManualMaintenance Schedule and Consumer Information Manual.  All of these items are in excellent condition.  In addition, you will also get the dealer copy of the window sticker listing all equipment and prices!  A color photocopy of the original title will also be included with sale.

One item of note is a small spot about the size of a dime just above the trim at the right edge of the driver’s door (see close up picture below of this spot below).  In addition, a few very minimal nicks and other minor paint imperfections given age and use that are not visible in photographs do not detract from the overall appearance of the car.

This car was originally purchased by Lietricia J. Willis on October 5, 1977 from Brady Buick Olds Cadillac, Inc. in Athens, Ohio.  Shortly after its purchase, Mr. Willis, who was an executive at the local bank, borrowed his wife’s car to take a business trip to Indianapolis, Indiana.  He was accompanied by an architect who he commissioned to design a new bank building, and they traveled to Indianapolis to view another bank building that the architect’s firm had designed and built.  At some point on the trip, the architect smoked a cigar in Mrs. Willis’s Cadillac.  From that day forward (and no doubt, much to Mr. Willis’s chagrin), Mrs. Willis refused to drive the car again, and so it sat in the garage for decades, always licensed and maintained each year, but never driven.

Make today the day to begin the next chapter of this car’s extraordinary history!
