Owned and enjoyed by the most recent owner for the past ten years since its purchase in North Carolina, this FJ40 has been always stored indoors and well maintained.  Refinished in Beige, a color that pays homage to its military history, its finish has a nice luster.  Its five new ION Alloy wheels lend the truck fresh, updated look, but the 5 original rims will also be included with sale if you prefer a purely stock look.  Its rims are wrapped with Michelin LTX/MS tires.  The front brush bar also contributes to its classically rugged look.  Also included with sale is a convenient Bimini top, which can be quickly installed and removed, should you be caught in a sprinkle.

The interior of this FJ40 is decidedly utilitarian, and is in very good condition.  Its seats are covered with Beige/gray vinyl with black piping.  The side-facing rear bench seats afford a roomy ride for rear passengers, and easily fold up for more cargo space, should you need it.  Its no nonsense instrumentation will provide you with all the information you need, and you’ll also enjoy the addition of a modern Kenwood AM/FM stereo with CD player and rear auxiliary speakers.

Under the hood, you will find Toyota’s legendary 4.2 liter inline six 2F engine—a powertrain noted for its ability to reliably go hundreds of thousands of miles without major issue.  The engine is mated to a 4-speed manual transmission with 4×4 capabilities.  Its power steering, power brakes, and 4-wheel drive make it a breeze to navigate—on or off the road.  Its odometer shows 70,300 miles, but total mileage is unknown.
